HVAC Technician

$60,000-$120,000/yr

Experienced Heating, Cooling and Refrigeration Technician wanted for light Commercial Restaurant Service and Corporate Businesses. Applicants MUST have strong working knowledge of how to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and Refrigeration electrical circuits, read Super Heat and Sub Cooling on HVAC and Refrigeration Systems and understand sequence of operation for Package rooftop units, Refrigeration systems (walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines etc.). Kitchen cooking equipment (Hot-side) experience also required. Positions provide 40 hour weeks including available overtime. Positions are also available for Full Time and Part-Time, Experienced HVAC/R Preventative Maintenance.

    • Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Service: 2 years

    • EPA Universal or Training

    • Valid Drivers License

    • Kitchen Equipment Repair Experience

    • Strong Electrical Diagnostic Field Experience

    • English Speaking and Comprehension (bilingual welcome)

    • Day shift

    • Monday to Friday

    • On call

    • Weekend availability

Drain and Sewer Technician Needed

Positions are available for Full Time and Part-Time, Experienced Plumbing Service and Maintenance Technicians. Plumbing Maintenance work includes, drain cleaning faucet leak repair and basic plumbing pipe and fitting service and maintenance needs.
